O2 Arena and what’s next

It was a whirlwind, like a 30 day tour compressed into two manic days of chaotic euphoria and in an instant it was over.
We loved it, I think it was the biggest indoor venue we have ever played and you could really feel it. Having to project to faces you can’t see is always a different kind of performance but one I relish and hopefully the songs and the performance reached everyone.
Thanks to our friends in Mcfly for inviting us along for these awesome shows.

Right now I’m working on new LostAlone songs, discussing with the guys which we think progresses to actual studio recordings.
We are about to get into real rehearsals for our hometown Christmas show where we will play Shapes Of Screams in full as well as a full set of other songs from over the years. Knowing that so many of you are traveling to our home city always feels so special , remaining tickets for that show are here

If you’re new to the band and just discovering us these past few days or if you’re just missing a vinyl in your collection music and merch is over here 🙂

The Warring Twenties is 2 years old.

Happy second birthday to our 4th record.
We made this record remotely during the lockdowns of 2020/21 and so that time of all of our lives is infused within the album.
Songs like Enduring The Dream, The Last Drop Of Forever, Punchline Punched Back and Lost & Found Balance have become staples in our live set, I actually can’t imagine ending a show ever again without everyone singing “Forever and Ever” from *Last Drop..

To celebrate we’ve put 10% off the Cherry Red Vinyl / CD / T-shirt with the code WARRING at checkout – shop here or if you already have it all stream here!

In other news I’ve been obsessively and excitedly writing for the past few weeks with the aim to be recording before the end of the year but as always its about realising when to stop! So don’t hold me to that deadline!

Next up we have a couple of huge shows at the O2 with our friends Mcfly next week and then our hometown Derby show playing Shapes Of Screams in full + a bunch more, limited remaining Derby tickets here

Ok see you soon
Steven

Hey friends and greetings from scorching Berlin where I’m wandering, sweating, scootering and most importantly writing.
Its 31 degrees here and for a man who preferes the winter this is intense! I’ve been dreaming about playing Shapes Of Screams in full (in the cold) in Decmeber in our hometown – my kinda vibe! Remaining tickets are here

I also wanted to alert you to a flash sale we’ve just instigated on the store – the warehouse needs a little clear out before new merch so we’ve put a real variety of vinyl, CD and clothing onto the sale page AND added a 20% discount.

All the vinyl except the new SOS record has 20% off so its the perfect time to complete the collection!

Trucker caps are going fast and if you’re a CD/DVD fan we have 30 copies of the UFO album CD/DVD just back in stock, includes the album and the making of DVD, these are the final copies! I need one of these!
Shop here and use the code LAFLASH20 at chekout

I’ve been loving hearing how much you’ve been enjoying the stand alone singles LISTEN HERE excited for you to hear new music I’m working on now and for a bunch of cool stuff we are planning.

Some info on the guitar itself.
The Penetrator, as it’s affectionally unofficially known is the one of a kind custom built guitar used for the opening song on our third record Shapes Of Screams, Crusaders.

It allows chords and riffology to be played simultaneously across two necks, one of which is a single string titanium “riff rod” that only one human alive has the power to wield.

Dreamt up over a cocktail and designed & built by legend Nigel Roberts at the amazing Leicestershire Luthiers
